Pilot Program
A 4–8 week pilot. Your data. Your baseline. Your number.
The fastest way to know whether CoEngen changes the economics of your operation is to run it against your own test work and measure the result.
Demonstrated CoEngen impact. Lab and testing services: report generation compressed from 20 hours to 1 hour per report. Engineering and EPCM: targeting NI 43-101 report rewrite and QC compression from 120 hours to 5 hours per report. Mining OEMs: tailored equipment recommendations from client inputs, with the sales lead routed to you directly.
How the pilot runs.
Phase 1 · week 1
Kickoff and scoping
We meet with your technical, IT, and commercial stakeholders. We define scope: which project, which study phase, which data systems, which interpretive workload. We set a measurable baseline against which the pilot will be evaluated. Typically, Full Time Engineer hours on the interpretive work CoEngen replaces, turnaround time, or study-phase throughput.
Phase 2 · weeks 1–3
Module Development
Our team works alongside yours to develop CoEngen modules for your use cases. The base model is ready for any custom application; we tailor it to your specific systems, processes, and desired outputs.
Phase 3 · weeks 3–6
Integration, configuration and expert review
Our team works alongside yours to connect CoEngen to your LIMS, vendor feeds, Microsoft 365 tenancy, and project data. CoEngen is data, hardware, and software agnostic, so this is a light IT lift. The base model is ready for any custom application; we tailor it to your specific systems, processes, and desired outputs.
Phase 4 · weeks 6–8
Results and path-to-deployment
We compare pilot output to the baseline you set in Phase 1. You see Full Time Engineer savings, cycle-time compression, and quality metrics against your own work. From there, the path to a multi-year deployment is a conversation with commercial terms agreed in principle before the pilot began.

What you get out of the pilot.
- A working CoEngen deployment integrated with your current platforms
- Interpretive output against your own test work, reviewed and approved by your experts
- Phase-specific ROI measured against your own baseline
- A written pilot report documenting scope, method, results, and recommended next steps
- A commercial term sheet for the multi-year contract, ready to execute if the pilot clears your internal bar
What we need from you.
- A named project and study phase against which to run the pilot
- Technical stakeholder time for kickoff, weekly review calls, and final results review. Typically 6–10 hours across the pilot for senior staff.
- IT introduction to data, data sources, and project-system owners
- A named Qualified Person (for NI 43-101 use cases) or accredited expert (for ISO 17025 use cases) to sign off on output
- A willingness to have a real, numbers-based conversation at the end about whether the pilot worked
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions.
- How technical does my team need to be?
- Less than you think. Interpretive review is done by your domain experts in the tools they already use. Your IT team supports the initial integration for 2–4 weeks. No one on your side has to learn a new platform beyond CoEngen's review interface.
- Can we run a pilot on historical data instead of an active project?
- Yes. Historical pilots are often the fastest path to a clear number because the baseline (what the original work took) is already known. Active-project pilots produce more forward-looking metrics (cycle-time compression) but take longer.
- Is there a minimum commitment?
- The pilot itself is the only commitment required up front. No long-term contract is signed before pilot results are reviewed.
- How do we get started?
- Book an introductory call. We'll scope fit, confirm data access, agree commercial terms in principle, and put a kickoff date on the calendar.
